The Grenache starts off with a big nose of jammy raspberry, molasses, and nutmeg, along with floral aromas of violets and spicy lavender. A massive barrage of strawberry and raspberry jam is followed by a well-rounded core of juicy pomegranate. The wine finishes with long, soft tannins and hints of thyme and white pepper. Serve this one with roasted game, lamb stews, or even your favorite red sauce pasta.
