Blackjack Ranch
This crowd pleaser features purplish black color. Rhone like. Incredibly ripe, rich, and bright fruit. Collaboration of blackberries, blueberries, crème de cassis, and violets. Generous wine, juicy, smoky, earthy, jubilant and just plain fun. A hedonistic turn-on at a reasonable price. Always one of our most popular wines. Beautifully integrated Remond French Oak. We think this may be the most concentrated and rich version of this popular wine so far.
Wine Advocate
The medium to full-bodied 2004 Syrah Double Down exhibits plenty of cool climate cassis notes as well as hints of menthol, licorice, and flowers. A French-styled offering with good underlying acidity, a layered mouthfeel that builds incrementally, and fine overall balance, it should age beautifully for a decade or more. It may merit an outstanding rating with another year or two of bottle age.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
