Caymus
Deep, almost purple crimson color. Concentrated aromas of cassis and plum lead to flavors of dark berry fruits, ripe currant and cocoa, framed by a slightly toasty oak. This incredibly rich and full-bodied wine shows well-structured, silky tannins and a long, velvety finish.
Wine Spectator
Firm, intense and well-structured, with a mix of spicy oak, red and black currant, mineral, sage and dusty berry. Turns elegant and refined, yet shows a sturdy backbone on the finish. Best from 2009 through 2014.

A barrel sample of the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Special Selection offers terrific fruit intensity and purity, a more laid-back style, a meaty, chewy texture, and impressive opulence as well as length. It should evolve for 10-15 years. Score range: 92-94.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

If I rate a wine 95 points or more (A+), it is a must buy.
