Penfolds
Colour: Brick red. Nose: At once varietally cabernet with blackcurrant conserve fused with choc-mint and tobacco leaf aromas. Palate: Medium-bodied, structured, and balanced. An optimal offering from quite a difficult vintage.
Wine Spectator
Ripe and rich, with a supple core of currant and dried blueberry flavor that lingers effectively against refined tannins. A hint of gaminess weaves around the edges, but the finish and the style has immense appeal. Best from 2008 through 2015. 17,000 cases imported.

Wine Enthusiast
Fresh herbal notes add a cool-climate touch to this wine’s cherry aromas, while on the palate chocolaty oak frames the cherry and cassis flavors. It’s silky in texture, with a finish that’s filled with soft but persistent tannins. Drink now through 2012.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.

All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

If I rate a wine 95 points or more (A+), it is a must buy.
